How Admission.ly works

Search, apply, and keep every update connected

Use the public catalogue to compare institutions and programmes. When an application route is active, continue in your portal to follow documents, messages, invoices and status changes in one place.

  1. 01

    Discover and compare

Filter the live catalogue by destination, degree, field, tuition, language and intake. Tuition is shown in the currency the institution publishes, so nothing looks cheaper than it is. Every listing tells you whether an application route is open right now.

  2. 02

    Choose your support route

Apply yourself where a form is live. Or bring in a verified partner agency, or the institution's own admissions team. Whoever helps you, the account and the record stay yours — you can always see who is attached to a file and why.

  3. 03

    Submit one complete file

Pick the exact institution and programme, fill in the information once, and upload only the documents actually requested for that application. Institution application fees are charged by the institution, separately from us.

  4. 04

    Track actions and decisions

Read each status as a processing milestone, not an outcome. Respond to document and message requests inside the application record so nothing gets separated from the file it belongs to.

Why the portal matters

Email separates a request from the application it belongs to. Six weeks later nobody can find which document was asked for, by whom, against which file. The portal keeps the record, the next action and the latest update together, so you and the admissions team are always looking at the same thing.

Applications
The institution and programme you chose, the current milestone, and the full history of how it got there.
Documents
What was requested, what you uploaded, and anything that needs replacing.
Messages
Questions and replies, attached to the application they concern.
Invoices
Amount, currency, who is charging you, due date, payment status and receipt.
Support tickets
A separate route for account and platform problems, so they don't get lost in an application thread.

“Free for students” does not mean every university charge is free

Admission.ly does not charge students a platform fee to search, compare, or submit an application where one is available. That is the whole of what free means, and we would rather say it plainly than let you discover the rest later.

Institutions may charge their own application, tuition, enrolment or service fees. Those are billed by the institution, under its own refund terms, and we show you who is charging you on every invoice.

We are funded by institution-paid recruitment, partner agreements and clearly labelled advertising. That funding never buys a verification badge, never changes a search ranking without a “Sponsored” label, and is never an academic recommendation.

Where a student was introduced by a partner agency, that agency may receive a commission from the institution on enrolment. You are told this at the point of applying, and it does not change what you pay.
