Editorial policy
What we publish, how we check it, and what we do when we get it wrong.
Last reviewed: 1 September 2026
Sources
Programme and institution facts come from the institution’s own published material or from a partner who is authorised to speak for it. Where we cannot check a claim against a source, we do not publish it. We do not repeat marketing language as if it were fact.
Time-sensitive facts
Tuition, deadlines and entry requirements change, often mid-cycle. Pages show what we hold and when it was reviewed. Before you submit or pay, check the institution’s own page — it is the authority, and we say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Comparisons
When we compare programmes or destinations we say what we compared and on what basis. We do not publish rankings, and we do not launder someone else’s ranking into an implied endorsement.
Commercial separation
- Advertisers and partners do not see editorial before publication.
- Paid placement is always labelled “Sponsored”.
- Paying for placement never changes a verification state or an editorial view.
- We do not publish testimonials or reviews we cannot attribute to a real, identifiable source. Invented ones are not an option at any volume of traffic.
Images and trademarks
Institution names and logos are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners. We publish photography we hold the rights to; where we hold none, we use a designed placeholder rather than someone else’s image.

Tell us and we will fix it. Substantive corrections are made on the record, not silently, and the page’s review date is updated. Email hello@admission.ly or use the contact form.
