Get help with Admission.ly
The right route for programme questions, applications, documents, messages, invoices and account support.

Before you apply
Use the catalogue to compare programmes, tuition, duration, intakes and application availability. Details change — recheck the programme page before you submit anything or pay an institution fee. If a programme has no live application route, the page says so instead of sending you to a form that goes nowhere.

Track an application
Your portal brings status, documents, messages and invoices onto one record. Read each status as a processing milestone:
- Received — we have the file; it is waiting for an initial review.
- Under review — review work has started; watch for document requests.
- Submitted to institution — the file has entered the institution’s admissions workflow. This is not an admission decision.
- Offer or Conditional offer — a decision from the institution; conditions, if any, come from them.
Messages and documents
Reply inside the application thread so the message stays connected to the right file. Upload only the documents requested for that application, against the request itself. Never send passwords, card details or one-time codes in a message — nobody here will ever ask for them.
Invoices and payments
Applying through Admission.ly is free. An institution may still charge its own application, tuition or service fee. Before paying anything, check the invoice recipient, the currency, the amount, the due date and the refund terms. Keep the receipt in your account.

Support tickets
If the problem is not tied to an existing application — sign-in trouble, a wrong page, an account question — open a support ticket from your portal. Include the page or application reference, what you expected and what happened.
