For agents & agencies

Recruit globally from a single workspace

Partner with Admission.ly to place students at participating institutions. Eligibility, rates, destinations and any onboarding costs are confirmed in the written partner terms — not assumed from a submitted form.

Institutions
1,005
Destinations

Programmes
109

Programme depth varies sharply by destination. We publish the real numbers rather than a headline count, so you can see exactly where you can place students today.

What the agent workspace gives you

One workspace for every file
Submit applications, follow status changes, answer document requests and message admissions teams — without a spreadsheet or a shared inbox holding it together.
Access without one-by-one negotiation
Work with the institutions and programmes available to your account instead of negotiating a separate agreement with each one. Appointments are confirmed per institution during review.
Commission tied to the application
Each commission row is attached to the enrolment that produced it, with the rate that applied to that file. No end-of-quarter reconciliation from memory.
A public listing, if you want one
Approved agencies can appear in our public directory so students near an office can find you. Each branch can be listed separately. It is opt-in, and off by default.
Role-scoped student data
You see the files your agency owns. You do not see a student's other applications or their documents on files you are not part of. That boundary protects your students and you.
No joining fee
No signup fee, no membership cost. Commission eligibility, rates and any other terms are set out in the written partner agreement before you start.

From application to first commission

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us who you are, where you operate, and how you work with students.

  2. 2

    Verification

We check that the agency exists as described and that you are authorised to act for it.

  3. 3

    Scope and terms

Destinations, institutions, commission terms, data responsibilities and support expectations are documented in writing.

  4. 4

    Workspace configured

Your account, permissions and application routes are set up and checked before anything is student-facing.

  5. 5

    Refer and track

Submit files, follow milestones, and see commission records as enrolments are confirmed.

Submitting the form starts a review. It does not create a public listing, an appointment to represent any institution, or a commercial agreement.

Who can become a partner agent

Licensed recruitment agencies
Established agencies with proper licensing and a record of placing students internationally.
Educational consultants
Independent consultants guiding students through selection, applications and admissions.
Student counselling centres
Organisations providing academic counselling and study-abroad guidance.
Language school agents
Agents specialising in language programmes who want to add full degree pathways.
Immigration consultants
Professionals handling student visas who also place students into institutions.
Study abroad agencies
Agencies placing students into exchange, semester-abroad and full degree programmes.

Every partner goes through verification. It is there to protect students, and it is the reason an approved listing means something.
